Annual General Meeting Notification
Hoping you are all well and safe during these difficult times we are living in.
Unfortunately, due to the current Covid 19 restrictions it looks likely we will be required to hold our 2021 Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 4th at 11am via Zoom. In the event it is possible to have an in-person meeting, it will be held in the Senior Citizens Hall on the same date and at the same time. We will keep you informed of any changes as restrictions are modified in the coming weeks.

You will also receive the President’s Report, the Treasurer’s Report, a Proxy Voting Form, and the Meeting Agenda prior to the meeting on September 27th.
